Shipping policy

All Luminary Journal books are printed on demand and shipped through our print partner, Lulu, from the production facility nearest your delivery address.

Production time: Please allow 3-5 business days for your journal to be printed and bound before it ships. Hardcover editions may need a little extra time for binding and curing. Production may run longer during high-demand periods like the holidays.

Shipping time: Delivery time depends on your destination and the shipping method chosen at checkout, exact options and estimated windows are shown in your cart before you pay. Express and Expedited shipping deliver Monday through Friday only. Untraceable or Priority Mail options can take up to 28 days.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves the print facility (allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update).

P.O. Boxes and military addresses: Orders to a U.S. P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO address must use standard Mail shipping.

One address per order: Each order ships to a single address. Ordering for multiple people requires separate orders.

Customs and import duties: Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties or customs fees, these are the customer's responsibility and not included in your order total.

Countries we can't ship to: Belarus, Central African Republic, Comoros, Cuba, Equatorial Guinea, Falkland Islands, Guinea-Bissau, Iran, Kiribati, Myanmar, Nauru, Niue, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Tokelau, Turkmenistan, Tuvalu, Ukraine, Venezuela, and Yemen. We ship everywhere else.
